To be eligible for repair all products must be freshly washed and clean: please wash and dry your product before bringing it to us.
In-store repairs include most minor patching, zipper repairs, broken snaps and buttons. Repairs that are more comprehensive are sent to our repair processing facility with an average turnaround time of 10-12 weeks. *We appreciate your patience during this time.
